• To process subscriptions and send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices).

• Access & export: request a copy of your data at any time.
• Deletion: email support@energy-iq.app with subject "Delete my data" and we will erase your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
• Opt-out: unsubscribe links are in every non-transactional email.
• California residents: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Retention & Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure (AWS, US regions) and retained only while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.
